New York

Last summer, I visited New York, had the full experience from the quality time spent with family to working out of an office Mid-town and trying to figure out my way through the concrete jungle and the miles of subways and what nots. New York did not fail to amaze me, I found myself often straining my neck trying to find the top of each skyscraper and it appears that every single building in the area is a Skyscraper. Also, a trip to Ground Zero was enough to make you want to take a step back and just feel the moment, the fact that this was IT and just humbling to see the human will power to resurrect the WTC and create a memorial for those impacted by 9/11.

And that was not all, I ended up doing the thing I dreaded the most, driving all over the area, through the heart of Manhattan and on to other places, fighting my way through the traffic and the tunnels (Frankly it made me appreciate the traffic we have in the Bay area, can't complain about that now) but in doing so it was quite liberating. Having tackled the traffic beast once, it felt like something I could mark off my to-do list.

Here are some pics from the short trip there!
